Our Services
Cold Country Medical brings specialist-level physical therapy and electrodiagnostic care to you, however that works best for your schedule, comfort, and condition. Care is delivered through telehealth, remote monitoring, at-home visits, and in-clinic appointments, all led directly by Korry Wheeler, PT, DPT, ECS.
Telehealth Physical Therapy
One-on-one PT sessions delivered by video, wherever you are in Wyoming. Telehealth is well-suited for guided exercise progression, movement coaching, education, and ongoing check-ins. No drive time, no waiting room.

In-Clinic Visits
Not everyone is comfortable inviting a provider into their home, and that's completely fine. Cold Country Medical also offers in-person visits at a dedicated clinic space in Afton for evaluation and treatment.
Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM)
Between visits, RTM keeps your recovery on track. You'll follow a home exercise program while your progress, adherence, and any reported pain or symptoms are monitored remotely, so your plan of care can be adjusted quickly if something isn't working.
Electrodiagnostic Testing — EMG & Nerve Conduction Studies
Board-certified electrodiagnostic testing (EMG/NCS) is the gold-standard tool for pinpointing what's actually causing numbness, tingling, weakness, or unexplained pain. Rather than sending patients hours away to a hospital-based lab, Cold Country Medical brings full EMG/NCS capability directly to clinics and facilities across Star Valley and the surrounding region.
In-Home Visits
For patients who prefer care in their own space — or for whom travel is difficult, Korry comes to you for hands-on evaluation and treatment. This is different from Home Health and this cannot be done in conjunction with Home Health.
Golf-Specific Rehab & Swing Analysis
Cold Country Medical is expanding into golf performance care, with online swing analysis and golf-specific injury rehab launching once Korry completes Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 2 certification. This service will combine physical therapy expertise with swing mechanics to help golfers move better and manage pain without sacrificing their game. Check back soon, or get in touch to be notified at launch.
